"Hearts" Valentine's Day outfit (skirt)

Without futher ado, here is the skirt to the Valentine's Day outfit.  I tried a pattern stitch that I think mimics little hearts.  This skirt is not a fitted skirt like my other skirts; I thought I would try something different and made it to pull on with a drawstring to tighten.

10 sc = one inch, 10 sc rows = one inch

Thank you so much for sharing these patterns. They are all so pretty. I can't wait to get started on making them but can't make up my mind which one to make first. Hugs
